THE 1O1 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa – On February 23, 2026, THE 1O1 Jakarta Sedayu Darmawangsa held its first Grow and Connect program of the year, an internal initiative designed to strengthen communication, encourage collaboration, and foster stronger connections among employees from different departments. This session was organized by the division team with a more vibrant and interactive concept. The event began with opening remarks from Mrs. Eva Rosdiana, General Manager, who expressed her appreciation for the team’s dedication and encouraged everyone to continue growing and staying connected as one team.
Carrying the theme “Ramadan Specta,” the program featured engaging sessions including presentations from the Sales and HR teams, where participants received updates on business developments, team initiatives, and upcoming programs. The atmosphere became even more lively with employee performances, adding excitement and positive energy to the event.
The program continued with an iftar gathering attended by the entire THE 1O1 JSD team, creating a warm and meaningful moment for colleagues to connect in a relaxed setting.
